"I bought a Japanese maple tree (paid a lot) last year with Sharon Nursery. It is struggling to come out this year after this past winter. After filling a 1 year guarantee form, showing the original receipt and several photographs of the struggling plant, I was told that someone will come out and need to verify. Then they told me that someone will come out only after 7-10 days. They have been playing phone tag with me since then. Not professional for such a large nursery. A similar guarantee issue with Natorps was handled smoothly. There, all I needed to do was show a picture of the struggling plant, I was issued a refund instantly. Edit on 5/17/23 It took time but eventually the plant guarantee was honored. Changed my rating to 4-stars from 1-star"
