"The male that works in the store is extremely rude. Every stem I picked up to purchase, he told me to put that down it’s sold. Nothing was marked as sold, I asked when I went in if they sale by the stem the woman told me yes and the flowers there were for sale. I walked out and said have a good day. I will not return. You are in the floral business be respectful because if someone is buying flowers it’s for a reason. Mine just happens to be due to a lost. Be better. In reply to your comment - a dozen of roses three alstroemeria stems and two lily stems is not a big order. Besides that requesting to look at the quality of the flower before purchasing should not be met with rude comments back. Many things happen during my interaction with this shop that are very disappointing."

"Placed an online order for a custom arrangement for a sweet 16 bday. Received an email cancelling my order stating the address is outside of the delivery area (Sharonville). However, their website states they deliver to the Greater Cincinnati area. I chose the florist because it is local and I wanted to support my community. I would have appreciated a phone call at minimum and maybe even given the opportunity to pick up the arrangement myself. The employee that I spoke with was not helpful at all."

"I wanted to get flowers delivered to my wife for our Anniversary. I did not realize that if she is not home that the florist delivery person will not call you to see where you are, but will make the decision to leave the flowers with your neighbor and then call you to tell you what they did. Most people have lovely neighbors but we have one neighbor that we do not associate with any longer because of past disputes and now when my wife gets home, she has the displeasure of interacting with this non-neighborly community member because a phone call ahead of time is too much for the delivery person from Novack. When the delivery person called me to inform me where the flowers can be found, I asked why they had done this before calling and they were very rude with their explanation and when I called the florist shop to make my complaint, they told me that this is a standard practice to sometimes leave deliveries with a neighbor when no one is home or if the package could be deemed unsafe to leave on the porch. So if any of you want flowers delivered, please keep this in mind when ordering delivery because this is my first encounter with this florist and it will be my last as well."

"I'm newer to Cincinnati and tried this floral shop out based on its location. I truly happened upon a jewel! They are reasonably priced and make beautiful arrangements. Staff was wonderful to me both times I've called to order same day floral arrangements. I would 100% recommend this floral shop!"
