"In the summer of 2020, I bought three bean bags with embroidered names for my kids. They are great bean bags that my kids love to lounge on while watching movies or playing video games. Within about 6 months, one of the bean bags got a hole right along the embroidery. I called and was told my bean bag was still under warranty; however, they were not taking in any repairs because of Covid. I have called every couple of months since and they still will not repair my bean bag! I asked if they could write my name on a list somewhere and call me during a good repair window and they said they don't do anything like that and it would be best if I keep calling every couple of months. The other two bags have held up great after 18 months of consistent use."
