When I tried to take it off the next morning, the band snapped immediately. My family members reported having similar issues with their poorly trained employees and ridiculously high prices. You're better off going straight to the manufacturer for repairs."
"Excellent Company, excellent customer service!! I just bought a new watch last week and because I am an idiot my watch got run over by a car. I frantically brought it back with my receipt just hoping that maybe there was a small chance they would be willing to repair or replace it. Tracy who had sold me the watch just the week prior was more than happy to help and they were willing to replace the watch! She even remembered how many links she had taken out of the watch and re-sized it for me!
