"Visited the store looking to liquidate/trade assets. I walk in and got the most perplexing look from the female behind counter, promptly skips the two other customers that walked in and said "what I need." To which I replied "do you guys do trade ins?" "No" I look back at the window that says in bold letters "BUY,SELL,TRADE which caused me to smirk, said "okay bless" and left."

I notified customer service and received no response. Just get the garbage in the front door and out the back door. Regret that the one star is as low as I can rate it."
