"I personally will never order from this shop again. I had a family member that was in the hospital there in my hometown So I wanted to send him a plant that they could take home and keep cause I don't like spending 87 dollars on something that will die in 2-3 days. I wanted to use a small business from my hometown So I called and placed my order. They did deliver a pretty arrangement but it wasn't a plant. When I called to talk to them the next morning she told me they don't offer designer choice in real plants only arrangements and she asked me to send her a picture of where it says they offer this. I sent two pictures to her she told me to bring it back and she would replace it with a plant. Well I live a thousand miles away in Oklahoma and they knew that when I placed the order since I signed the card love your Oklahoma girls. It's a little hard to bring it back."
