"Bought a sterling necklace at this location. At the time, a man and woman attended me (who I assume are a couple). A month and a half later my necklace breaks. I decided to return and ask them if they offered repairs or knew someone else who could repair it. When I got there only the man was there, I explained to him what happened and he said “no returns.” I explained that I didn’t want to return it but was trying to fix it but then he said it wasn’t worth it because it was steel. I told him that either he was wrong or they lied to me during my purchase. He then began to argue that he didn’t sell my necklace until I showed him that I did. He then began saying he wouldn’t buy it back, which I didn’t ask him for. While I understand that he is not completely fluent, it was his lack of attempt at helping or trying to understand the issue that bothered me - even flat out lying about the necklace being made of steel (or just not knowing what he sells in the first place)."
