"Could not have had a more pleasant experience than I did here! I was shopping for an engagement ring (she said yes!) and the team at Bortz was so extremely helpful, informative, and outright AWESOME. On a couple occasions, I went in to the store to look around, ask curious questions about diamond types and styles (they have tons!), and kept “coming back” to a 3-diamond set up they had. Of course, I looked at other stores in the area but didn’t have nearly the warm/welcoming experience that I had here. In retrospect, as a jewelry-rookie I was probably asking some silly questions, but it was an important moment in my life - and they truly respected that. They never once ‘sighed’ or turned away from any of the questions I asked. I felt appreciated, and could tell they cared about me finding “the right one” for my now-fiancée. Never once felt pressured, persuaded, or anything of the kind. I felt supported. When it came time to get the ring sized, I dropped it off on a Friday morning and it was ready the following Tuesday afternoon. To me, it seemed incredibly quick! She was so excited to hear it was ready. Of course, it ended up fitting her perfectly. I wouldn’t expect anything less! 5 Stars!
