"I have multiple pairs of their hoops earrings and have gifted other jewelry to friends and family. My oldest pair being 7 years old and still looking great!! Didn't catch the name of who was working there but they were very informative and not only gift wrapped my purchase, but also included a velvet storage bag for no charge! Will definitely be back!"
"BEWARE! Horrible customer service and the jewelry is cheap! My necklace clasp broke and I came to exchange, I was 2 days outside of the 30day return/exchange timeframe. I actually saw a MORE expensive necklace that I was willing to exchange it for and pay the difference and the guy at the counter instead of being understanding told me rudely that I’m past the time for an exchange. So instead of being understanding and actually making more money he was rude and not understanding. When I then wanted to return the necklace as it was faulty he said I can’t return it either. I will never shop here again and will be warning everyone I see at the counter that the product is cheap and the customer service is awful."
"Husband purchased wrong item as Christmas present. Was sold a very expensive item that was not even close to my item description. Store will not offer return on item after 3 days, ONLY offered store credit. This is a ridiculous policy at Christmas time. Will be using my required store credit and will NEVER go back, nor will I recommend them to anyone again."

"Who has a 3 day return policy? You don’t know this until you make the purchase and it shows up at the bottom of the receipt in small print. I purchased a chain on 12/11 for Christmas which was opened and I found it was a duplicate since another family member bought one at another retailer. I tried to return it for cash back on 1/3 and was informed of the ridiculous 3 day return policy. Also, there was an issue where the salesperson rang it up a d voided the sale so at first they weren’t able to do an exchange either. This company’s horrible policy is because they know most people probably regret buying from them. Never again!!!! $159 wasted and they are nothing but thieves."
