"Priscilla helped me design a fully custom engagement ring. At no point did I feel pushed into anything. In fact, I gave them my final price up front and they tailored everything within that to get the most bang for my buck. The customization process took about 8 weeks. They offer digital mock-ups as well as 3D printed plastic examples so you can “see” the ring throughout the process and make adjustments. The only limit is your imagination."

"This is about jareds as a whole not specifically this location. My husband picked out my engagement ring at jareds and we've had no issues with it. We went together to pick out a wedding band and it has been TERRIBLE. We got married in May, by July the first diamond had fallen out. A week after that, another diamond fell out. 3 diamonds had fallen out by mid August, when they sent it away to be redone. Flash forward to October and another diamond fell out. They replaced my wedding band with a brand new wedding bad, the exact same style. Within less than 48 hours, a diamond has fallen out. Jareds is an hour away from my house and the amount of money I've wasted driving back and forth is absurd. For 2000 dollars. Diamonds should not just be falling out constantly. I don't wear it to sleep, workout or shower. Only when I leave the house so for 6 to 10 hrs a day MAX. I will be getting this ring fixed nonstop because they will do nothing else for me. But I will never, and I mean NEVER, buy another product from a Jareds again. The people at this location are very friendly and I've not had any issues with them, but the products being sold are just kot worth the money being charged."
