"I was just at this place around 4:45 pm, and they're supposed to be open until 6 today. The "OPEN" sign was even up. The door was locked when I tried to go in, so I tried knocking. No answer. Tried calling--rang twice, then heard someone hang up. Then I saw a man walk up to the window and flip the "OPEN" sign to "CLOSED". WHO DOES THIS?? It was incredibly rude.
