"I purchased a floor model Asko dishwasher from Appliance Gallery because I thought it would be a good dishwasher. It is the WORSE dishwasher I have EVER owned!!! Not only are the controls “hidden” (so you have to guess when the dishwasher is done) but now the language is changed, and I can’t get it back k to English. It also doesn’t let you know when you have to put in more Finish. I know it is my fault for buying the dishwasher without thinking the purchase through,, but it has been nothing but a series of frustrations for me. Thank you for your response. I looked at the YouTube video before I wrote my review. Perhaps it’s my age, but I still could not figure it out. My son was able to fix the language problem. That being said, I still don’t like the hidden controls (again, that’s on me). I do not see anywhere the indicator light would glow. Also, the dishwasher does not always get all the items clean (especially the silverware in the top basket) on a normal wash. It is not the fault of Appliance Gallery that I bought this dishwasher since it was my decision. Given the issues, I have buyer’s remorse."

"If you are building a new home, or in the remodeling phase, Appliance Gallery (AP) is where you should shop. During our new home build, Joe of AP has always been super communicative throughout our entire design process. Numerous new home owners in our subdivision did not use AP, and they have come to regret it – especially seeing how AP was always ‘on the ball’ in securing our products during the challenging COV9 times. "The sales person, Chuck was very held up on assisting us with information about the choices in Refrigerator. He also showed us a solution to our under counter microwave. Both are priced great and in the colors which will match our other appliances! Chuck was friendly and professional. Great customer service for your first time visit! "The lasting effects of the pandemic have made moving into the State in 2021 very burdensome. Finding appliances has been one of these difficulties. After calling around the Dayton area I landed on Appliance Gallery Dayton. I went to their location and found their employees very knowledgeable of not only appliances but with current inventory levels, and manufacturing challenges most manufacturers are encountering. I was anticipating another disappointed visit searching for a washer and dryer for my family and I. However, they were able to locate a Speed Queen Washer & Dryer that were unwanted by a previous customer. I was given the option to pay 50 or 100% to solidify my order. Two days later, their installation team delivered and hooked of both without issue or damage to our new home. I can not recommend them enough."
