"Took my vacuum for a service and after long delays, received my vacuum back scratched. They denied they damaged the vacuum so we contacted Jason, the manager of Carmen's. He said they would take care of it and to go to the High St location. Upon taking it there, they were reluctant to repair it but said they could once they got the part. After weeks of not hearing, I called and they didn't return my call. I called again and they said they were waiting for parts. After another 10 days of not hearing, I contacted the vacuum manufacturer directly and they confirmed no parts were ordered. I just worked directly with the manufacturer and another vacuum repair shop to get it done in a week. Beware of working with Carmen's!"

"Carmen's Sawmill is tucked in a quaint strip mall north of Sawmill Parkway, on the old Sawmill Road (before it was expanded west). Unassuming location, but powerful, fast and efficient service. Rachel was amazing. She sold me three bands to replace the auto-drive for my vacuum and got the parts within a week. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace parts on their vacuum. Why buy a new vacuum if you can get your already solid one repaired at a great shop? Support small businesses!"
