They repaired my ring. Two weeks later the same diamond is missing again. I highly suspect shoddy workmanship. I will update once we know their plans to make this right. Well here is the update... On top of refusing to fix my ring she told Larry she may leave my company that she has NEVER ordered from or done business with a bad review. We will take my ring to a jeweler elsewhere for repairs."
