"Went in for battery replacement. After a few minutes, the male behind counter stated. Your watch blinked a few times and shut off. If you leave it overnight, I can diagnose what happened. The next day, get a call; it's ready. When I picked my watch up, male said I needed the manual to reset the time on my watch. When I returned to my vehicle, the rotary switch fell off the watch. I returned to the store, and male said he would look at it. He put the rotary switch in and again said I needed manual to reset time. I attempted to get the time changed before I left the store using a video showing how to change the time for this watch. The rotary dial was no longer clicking when you turned it and wasn't functioning. I brought this to his attention, and he became agitated. Stating all he did was change the battery. I brought up how he said he would keep it overnight to diagnose the issue. He said he took it apart to clean the terminals, and the watch started working and that I wasn't paying him to diagnose the issue. When I told him he took it apart and now the rotary switch is no longer working, he stated he did not take it apart. When I told him he just admitted to taking it apart to clean the terminals, he became even more agitated and removed the batteries, gave me my watch back, and refunded me the money. Now, I have my watch without batteries and a broken rotary dial. Very unprofessional."

"Took my daughter's 2ct earrings in to be fixed as the post was broken off from the back. He guaranteed me he can make it look identical to the original. When I wasnt satisfied with the result he offered to keep it for 2 more days to clean it some more. When I picked it up on Saturday and the earring looked the same he told me it was because of the soldering and it was dirty but he cleaned it the best he could. I asked for a refund and he refused!! I took it to another jeweler who told me the diamonds were burnt and were not protected during the soldering process. I Will now pay a lot of money to have it fixed!! Guy behind the counter who stated he was the owner was rude, unprofessional and refused to make this right. The picture does not do it justice as the one earring is really dark, dull and has no shine. The entire back of the earring is yellow with faded spots when its supposed to be white gold. If I could give zero stars I would!!"

"I came in asking about a repair for my 2ct tennis bracelet clasp. I simply needed the male part of the clasp to fit more snugly in the lock, and other than that there is no problems with it. The man behind the counter inspected my piece for about 5 seconds and then claimed that I needed a clasp replacement and it would cost $120 and would be done by the end of the day. Later, a quality jeweler in the mall repaired it for free in under 2 minutes and explained the fix easily."

"I've been wearing my engagement ring with an opal on a chain around my neck for years because I couldn't find a jeweler who would work with an opal! Then I cracked my wedding ring. I found Quick Fix accidentally and not only am I finally wearing my rings on my finger. It was inexpensive and it took him less than an hour! I am so happy!"
