I took it back to him went back home came back went back home again it stopped at 2:00 took it back again. He said it needed new inners. "My husband and I came in as we were strolling the street so I had little expectations but we were in the market to buy another ring for our 4 yr anniversary. I really didn't expect to find anything because the store is so small. A young lady helped us and she was confident and knew the categories the jewelry was organized by. She was friendly, quick to answer our questions and when she didn't know the answer she didn't hesitate to get the answer. I really appreciated her customer service, she was excellent!!! Eventually I found the perfect ring, it's gold with a simple and unique vintage design with an opal stone. It is just my vibe! I am still in love with my ring and plan to keep it forever. They said it was an "estate" piece, meaning it was pre owned and I loved that about it. Where I'm from you usually only find unique preowned rings at pawn shops. The price of the ring was a bargain and the young lady was quick to check its price and polish it for us. I left very satisfied with my ring and the overall experience."
