"Management team was very unhelpful to the clerk that helped us place the order. Kid was literally afraid to ask for help because they were so critical of him. Placed an order the Saturday before Christmas, told order would be in before Christmas, it wasn't but I wasn't concerned with that, we ordered it late so I understand it's a busy season. Called Saturday of Christmas weekend, told it wasn't in but would be in next week. No call the next week, so I called, was told it wasn't in but would be the following week for sure. Here we are the following week, still not in, was told it should be in later today, but if not than....you guessed it, should be in the following week. This wasn't a super custom order, it's a staple item in their catalogue, has been three weeks, they don't know where it is. Will definetly not order anything else from Ashcroft and oak or Rogers and Holland jewelers again. Just hope we actually get the ring for my wife before next Christmas."
