"This was my first experience with this jeweler. I took my mother here for her 80th birthday and also to have a ring cleaned, a stone tightened and also have it sized. The owner and his daughter were wonderful. They were able to take care of my needs and also find my mother the perfect ring for her birthday! When I went back and picked up my ring, it was beautiful! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something special or needing any kind of jewelery care or service."

"This is a jeweler with an ATTITUDE! I dropped off a necklace for repair and was told it would take 5 business days. Twelve business days later my necklace had not been repaired. The sales associate got snippy, explaining that they weren't that far behind with the repair. You see, they consider only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday business days. I was supposed to just know this somehow! No apology offered, just attitude. Wow!!!!"
