"Absolutely amazing experience. Jacob was amazing. I had an idea of which vacuum I wanted and came in for pricing. Jacob explained to me the pros and cons of the vacuum I had picked out with total transparency and honesty. He had me do a test run on the Miele to make sure I liked the vacuum. After some more talking and finding out my needs / house arrangement he recommended and entirely different brand and model. I tested out the sebo that Jacob recommended and I was surprised by how much I loved it! I’m not the type to make a decision on the spot. He was completely accommodating and gave us time for my fiancé to come in and take a look at the vacuum. We ended up coming back and grabbing the Sebo he recommended!!
