"After a horrible experience with a chain jewelry store, I called Waddington. Ben answered the phone and within minutes made me extremely comfortable as I asked several different questions. With a wedding date just a few months away, I wanted a ring fast! We walked in to Waddington the next day and Jen assisted us and helped us find the exact ring we were looking for!
