"After being lied to twice about the item being shipped, the item was supposedly shipped but only the try insert I ordered was delivered today. I had explained on both calls previously that I need this display for a gallery opening Friday. Today, Saturday, the packing slip states the tray is backordered! Having no stock is one thing, lying to me on 2 different occasions and telling me the item has shipped both times is absolutely unacceptable. I've ordered from this company on several occasions and have had a couple of issues but they've always fixed it and have never lied like this. I'll be finding my displays elsewhere even if I have to pay more."
