"Went here to buy a wedding band to go with an engagement ring that i already had. Being young and very excited i never brought the ring along with me when i picked out the wedding band. And the jeweler didn't ask me if i should wait to see of they would match, so i bought the ring only to find out after paying over a thousand dollars that they didn't match. I was very upset and asked the jeweler if we could work something out. So he said he would take the ring and see what he could do. He wasn't too keen on working with the ring because it had emeralds in it. After a month with no response from the jeweler i called and asked if he had found anything he said he was looking, but said that it would be a challenge. I grew tired of being treated like a dollar sign and went and got the ring and brought it somewhere else. They said they could do it for me no problem. Needless to say Jones treats you like you are nothing more than money, and it shows. They lost many life long customers in this ordeal from my family, because of their failure to work with me."
