"I don’t even know where to start. I called to see if they had a part for my bike and the didn’t and when i asked if there was a way they could order it I was answered with a were a strictly Suzuki dealer we don’t order stuff for other brands when I went to say thank you for you’re help I didn’t even get my sentence out before the lady hung up the phone I have heard from multiple people that the lady who answers the phone is always like that and no one has ever had a good experience before with her, this comment is not to bash the entire place the guy that works there is an amazing person as is the other lady, but the one lady ruins the entire experience for numerous people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"I don't do reviews at all but I knew I had to for my experience with Action Sport Cycles. It was great from the very 1st phone call I made to them. Heather was outstanding she told everything I needed to know gave me a time frame an it was spot on. I called back a few days later about adding a winch an snow plow. Her an the nice lady in the parts department went way above to make it happen. The day I went to pick up my sxs it's like walking into a family's home nice an welcoming the guy in the service department went over every inch of it in great detail. They did me solid I recommend them I'll be going back to them for my next toy. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could"
