"Horrible experience trying to apply for a mortgage through them. We were told we were clear to close- 5 days before closing they said we couldn’t close bc the septic needed to be replaced before we moved in. They approved it a couple weeks before that it was okay for us to move in before septic is done. I had already let my landlord know I was moving and a new renter was already scheduled to move in. We switched to Nations Lending, they were trustworthy and great to work with!! Bc of 5/3 delaying the closing on the house- I have to move my stuff out and get a storage unit and find a place to stay…."
