"I have 5 accounts with Fifth Third and I called this branch to ask if they could notarize a document for me. They said yes. My husband and I both took a half day from work just to do this. When we arrived the employee asked what kind of document and I stated it was a document from our mortgage company. She refused to notarize it stating the manager is "weird about mortgage notarizations." I asked why and was given no explanation. She then asked if we could refinance with them and I said not right now so she stopped the conversation. As a sales manager I can easily spot when another sales person refuses to do a customer service action because they aren't making a sale off of me that visit. I have 5 accounts with them but because my mortgage loan isn't through them they wouldn't even notarize a document for me. That's bad business and no way to treat a client of 20yrs. I have had no issue getting documents notarized at other Fifth Third branches. Do better."

"I've been using this bank for years now. Always been treated with kindness and professionalism. I recently got married, and stopped in to get a replacement card with my new last name. When I received it in the mail, it still had my maiden name on the card, which I was not too happy about. I went in and one of the sales members corrected the issue immediately. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend this bank."
