"Find someone else to do business with. Not sure why my last review was taken down? My machine was dropped off unattended and severally damaged. They made me take parts out, pay to ship them back and then charged me freight to get my undamaged machine. The lady at the shop talks down to you like your a child. She yelled at someone in the shop as I was talking to her on the phone. One of my top 2 worst customer service issues of all time. Thinking about going BBB. **update 9/2022 - BBB can't do anything because the business never got back to them?!? Unreal, then BBB should give them a 1 star!!"
