"This neighborhood looks OK to me. I like the look of their homes and it would appear that the other Builders in that same neighborhood are chasing their own tails in a desperate attempt to keep up. But whether you buy from this Builder or any other please do your homework! Knock on doors. Talk to your prospective neighbors and ask about their experience.
