"This bank consistently falls short on services, I have been an account holder for almost 3 years, since then Ive been told that they didnt have enough money to cover a 3800 dollar withdrawal which led to me having to pay a 3% transaction fee on a very large purchase using my debit card, not one time did they offer to reimburse me. I went there for a notary in the middle of the week in the morning for a notary they didn't have that. I had a withdrawal in my account that was clearly a mistake by the company and returned immediately I still took 143$ worth of overdraft fees which were never reimbursed although the company called the bank and specifically agreed that it was a mistake. Its one thing right after another with this bank. Done with their services or lack of is an understatement not very happy at all with them."
