Fifth Third Bank & ATM

"Went to get a title notarized as an open title as I am the owner of the vechile, and was told it was against their policy to do open titles. Never had a problem before. Called the main 5/3 and they stated they suggested against it, but can do it if that's what the owner wants, and is not against policy. So to the rude woman who refused to notarize a title, and was rude to the cashier behind the desk for no reason stating I can't hear you over, and over no you just didnt want her talking to you. I hope you have a horrible day!"
