"Do NOT transfer firearms through this place. They took a 60 year old S&W revolver in perfect collectible condition with box and paperwork which was brought to them in a padded shoebox for shipment, removed the revolver from the padded box and dropped it into another box which was too small for it, with zero padding, and shipped it. This caused significant damage to the revolver box, greatly reducing the gun's value and collectability. They were rude and sarcastic when asked about their shipping method. Use these arrogant amateurs at your own risk or better yet, don’t do business with them at all. They were responsible for the shipment damage - nobody else and refused to do anything about it."
