The people here are great,.. a big shout out to a banker named Jessica,.. working on on immigration paperwork and needed several things to provide proof and she went more than the extra mile several times over multi-week. Great job! Promote her now or move her to training department so you can have other people that are as awesome as she was"
"The experience has been terrible and lie after lie, with each new person I speak with I was told another lie. So I called this branch and tried to reach a manager and was told they were not there and as I am trying to ask questions, the clerk talked over me and told me she could not help me and neither could a manager. I will be closing this account immediately and will make sure everyone I know, knows about the terrible experience I have had. If I could have given a worse star review I would have!!!"

"This place was once my favorite bank. Some people are fast some people take forever to do the simplest thing."
"Friendly people and all of that. But they neglected to mention to me that my new account would have a 30-day hold on funds. “Because it was new”. They even set up direct deposit for me so I would have a physical check to just cash. So, in short, I’m being left without any of my own cash for about a month because I wasn’t told about all of this. I regret coming here greatly, and as soon as I have access to my money, I’ll probably just switch banks to avoid this kind of thing."
