"Employee Joe which was said to a manager needs to be fired. He lied to a 911 dispatcher about a citizen filming on the public sidewalk saying the person was up in people's face which was incorrect. Then told the dispatcher the bank was calling their security to get a restraining order against the guy. Not to mention Joe giving him the middle finger."

"I ordered a new card online and it was going be 2 weeks for delivery. My old card was deactivated when the order took place. I stopped in this branch to get money out and imme6 after hearing me say I was waiting on my card he was already checking to see the status. He expedites the mailing for free and made s temporary card"

"I will be honest in saying that I typically HATE banks, but 5/3 is an exception. From the tellers to the managers, I have had only competent, professional, friendly, and prompt service. My needs are handled quickly and even if there is a problem, it is explained why it happened and what I can do to prevent it or fix it. I haven't always got everything I have wanted here, but when I haven't I was treated with respect and patience and I appreciate that! This branch location is a breath of fresh air, is not too busy, and has easy access parking. It also does not fee you to death for every little thing. We used to be customers of Richwood Bank and just got tired of having a fee for every little product or service! Not so with 5/3 and I would (and have) highly recommend it."
