"5/3 changed their app today so I could not see my card. I stopped at the branch to find out what the problem was. The teller I felt with wanted to see my DL, so, since it is expired, I gave her both the DL and the BMV document substantiating that I had renewed. She said do you have an unexpired DL, and I said that’s why I gave you the paper. She did a transaction for me, and then THREW the BMV document, my DL, and my card at me! I asked her name, and she asked Why? I told her I was going to report her. I then asked for her card and she gave me a card, but I don’t know if it’s hers or not. I tried to report her to 5/3 online, but after I typed what happened, the site logged me off! This was at the Moraine Ohio location. NO EXCUSE FOR ANY OF THIS!"

"Very rude towards me. Do not have an account so went thru drive thru. They made me go inside for absolutely nothing when they could have done the same thing outside. Never greeted me nor said have a good day. Will never go back!"

"Very rude lady named Sharon making smart remarks towards me and my mother-in-law. She was rude over the phone towards me and my mother-in-law and in person when I came in..even telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and talking to me like I'm dumb. Sighing every two seconds, wanting to get off work and push me on my way when all I had was a simple task for her to do. Much more to say about this lady just because she was so ignorant. My mother-in-law and I WILL BE making a call soon to report her."
