"I had previously shared a great review for this place. But WOW!!! To spend thousands of dollars a month here and be treated the way Andrea treated us tonight. I even called back was cussed at, was talked down to , was laughed at. These ladies are all about taking advantage of those less fortunate which if you look through my reviews I let people know which ones will help them in a time of need and who will take advantage. I don’t pawn I buy. My sister in law pawns to find out about the shops and relays on how much they take advantage. After tonight how we were treated , they will no longer get my business. Andrea in particular who referred to me by a derogatory name and laughed at me. At which I will be posting on social media on my review of this place. It is a phone call. I do not recommend unless you want to be stomped on spit on and laughed at as a patron."
"Bought a Samsung Vacuum for $107, got home charged the battery, worked for 3 minutes and drained the battery. I charged the battery again and the same thing happened. I just took it back and had to pay $11 restock fee...they sell me a broken vacuum and I had to pay a restock fee? Whatever it's only $11 but really??"
