"Great service up front, but scrutinize my checks, and allow someone to withdraw 5k without my signature. (Took about 1 month for them to reimburse) They have a notary that I provided ID but can't sign because it's a legal judgement. Told me to go else where, 5th3rd is no better than any other large bank. Keep your money in a local bank that cares about you."
"When your atm card gets taken by the atm machine at fifth third bank..if it's not a fifth third bank card they will not retrieve it for you or offer any type of sympathy for the incredible inconvience or warning sign for what happens if it gets stuck on the actual machine ..and then was hung up on when asking to speak with a supervisor. Very unprofessional!!"
