"I went in to close a dormant checking account. The teller said "they don't have the authorization to do that". "Please have a seat, and someone will help you." well, after 10 minutes of waiting, I gave up. I got sick of watching the "manager" organize papers on his desk. Horrible bank. Zero stars. Zero customer service. Hopefully, their new fee schedule works out for them. I'll stick with Huntington and Bank of America. Thanks for nothing 5/3rd."
