"I was so disappointed when I called to schedule my move. I have used Parma movers many times over the years and expected the same level of kindness, but that didn't happen. I was told they would not have my records because it was over 2 years (which they always could find me), I was told I couldn't request a certain mover (which I always did) and giggled at because my move wasn't until April and I was scheduling. I asked if someone was going to be contacting me about my move and was told No. I am not expecting special treatment but I came to trust Parma Movers and I will be searching for someone else. I have called a few others and they were very kind on the phone which anyone should expect."

They did a fantastic job taking apart our king-size bed and putting it back together. This company had a very good hourly rate and didn't gouge us."

Even fixed a previously broken leg on my furniture for me. We had two stops and they did a great job maximizing the storage in my unit so I didn't have to take additional things to the house.
