"Contrary to what has been said at package central the UPS customer counter is open in Milan ohio. Also our prices are cheaper as package central adds to the price to make money and has second class service! Our hour are 9-11 am and 2-6 pm M-F. Look forward to seeing everyone!"

"If I could give no stars and still do an honest review... I would! They have fees for the tape and envelops they use even with a prepaid return label. Very rude women who work there because they said I had an attitude and couldn't ask questions about their procedures and these would be the last packages they would accept of mine. After the worker harassed me for commenting back to her about how she was talking to me, I grabbed my stuff and left. Don't bother going here. So unprofessional and they must think its ok to disrespect their customers/visitors probably on a regular basis... 1st visit was fine and my second visit will be my last. I hope they get fired or the place closes. I don't treat anybody nasty and they need a better door because it slams really well. I was just trying to get a bunch of stuff done and had a meeting to get to so I wasn't really trying to let anyone get in my way or ruin my day."

"Warning: Just because it says they are open online and on their voice mail, it does not mean they are actually open. They explained to me that they are a small business so they have to close up for lunch. This is understandable, but people should be warned that they may very well be closed even at times when it says online and on their voicemail that they are open. I have tried to mail things several times during “business hours” when they are closed up and no one is there. It is very frustrating. When I expressed this to them they were extremely defensive and rude."

"The assistant manger was very rude and unhelpful. She tried to turn me away, d/t no return slip, return slip was in the box. Once it was pointed out, that it was actually in the box by mistake, she was even more rude. She charged me a fee because my box wasn’t taped shut upon arrival. I asked if her manager was present she said she is the assistant manager and I asked for her hire up. Her response was “she will be in tomorrow Morning and she won’t give TWO S*** what you have to say,” and then told me not to return. It’s safe to say I would never return to this establishment if I could give -5 stars I WOULD. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND."
