"Went to this institution from a referral from another bank. They requested double the information and told us Friday we would hear something by the following Monday. Never heard from them again. My partner called and talked with a supervisor and still nothing. They could have said they were not interested. We sent them mutiple referrals for 100s of thousands of dollars. A week ago I sent an email to confirm everything my partner said and got no response. I should have went to directions whom i have an existing relationship with. I do not rifht many bad reviews, but i jist do not want anyone to experience what i did."

"Absolutely the worst place to conduct business. I would recommend going to another bank or credit union. Adam the branch manager has no people skills and will not confess to his own banks clerical errors. I was a member of this establishment for 20 years before it was acquired by sun federal. never had a problem. Now these people treat you as if you have leprosy unless you have over $20000 in your account. They closed my account without my permission and stated it was because I was unruly on the phone. Well of course I was you lost $500 of my money. Luckily I got it back but still the fact of how I was treated still sits unwell with me. Save your time and sanity and DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They think they are Judge Dredd. They think they are the law..."
