"We spend winters in Florida and the rest of the year in Vermilion. We forward, temporarily, our mail to whatever address we are at. When we came back to Vermilion, this time, there was a stop mail notice we did not understand and were concerned. My wife called our local post office and spoke with a very nice person named Chris. He assured my wife that he would look into it by speaking to our carrier and get back with us, which he did. We want to thank Chris for his prompt and thorough resolution to our situation."
