The FedEx Drop Box located at 536 West Central Avenue in Springboro, Ohio, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off services for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. Customers can choose between 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with FedEx labels. Package sizes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at the drop box location. Drop-off times vary by location, with thousands of drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options.

Customers can create shipping labels online or fill out an airbill using their FedEx account number. Labels can be printed and affixed to packages before dropping them off at a nearby FedEx Drop Box. Cash, check, and credit card payments are not accepted at the drop box location.

Hazardous goods can also be shipped at select locations.
