"They charge you 37 dollars per transaction no matter how little every 24 hours until your accounts positive and won’t stop things from overdrawing your account even when you’ve opted out of overdraft the manager christy is especially mean said should stop being poor extremely predatory bank online banking app sucks and the bank statements are disorganized and don’t chow when the actual charge was made"

"Called to talk to someone about a problem with my credit card. Ended up talking with Tiffany in the Defiance branch who had not a clue about how credit reports worked. She was also the worst person to be doing anything customer service related. She was not helpful in the least!!"
