"Mail is no longer delivered as we were raised to expect in this rural community. Mail is suppose to be dependable and consistent at the same time every single day of mail service. Consistent to set one’s clock by. Not any time they wish to show up. But, always at the mail patron’s convenience at the same time every day. Currently, today, mail is three hours late. There are other days where they are three hours early. That is totally insulting to the rural upbringings of this community to stub routine."

"They sent my w2 to someone’s house on the other side of town and just now they put a sorry we missed you notice in my mailbox saying I was unavailable to sign for my item I was sitting in front of the door they did not knock or even try to see if I was home just stuck the notice in my mailbox and walked off god only knows how much of Hillsboro has my personal information I’m absolutely disgusted with how little care is put into delivering my mail"

"Probably the worst courier service we have! Sure my bills get delivered on time but God forbid I have a package that doesn't fit in the mail box. I live 30 feet from the road in the country and the drivers are so lazy the can't deliver to packages to the front door. Multiple packages have been "lost" in the system or have had problems delivering them. I have no vicious animals or thieving neighbors. Why is it so hard to deliver my packages? If I could I'd rather use fed ex they atleast try to attempt to deliver. If possible use UPS and avoid the headache of never getting the stuff you paid for. Absolute worst delivery service."
