I went there for a drop off with a QR code and the instructions clearly says that the Employee will print and attach the label but she simply says ‘my printer doesn’t work, I can’t do anything’ !! Some one on the other hand is printing bunch of stuff !"

"Didn't have my package kept telling me it was somewhere else. And needless to say they ended up sending my package back. I'm so upset this package needed to be to me in a certain time. But of course it didn't it was for my work so I lost out on money, I'll never use fed ex again. When I would call it was a dang robot and it wouldn't let me talk to a person until I stayed on the phone for 2 hrs cursing and screaming at the robot!!!"
