"Our regular mail lady is great! Top notch service and super friendly. However, whenever someone covers her route or if it’s a Saturday, getting mail is unpredictable. Sure, you will have mail in your mailbox, but it’s always a mystery of who’s mail it is. The Saturday carrier gets addresses wrong at least twice a month, so our community has to shuffle around to get the mail to the correct people. And to top it off, she flies down the street like a bat out of Hell in that postal truck. And when I say everyone gets the wrong mail, it’s not off by a house number of two. It’s not even the correct street most of the time!"
"I'm very dissatisfied with this post office. I have lived in their delivery area for the last 6 years, our package deliveries and certified mail are constantly not even being attempted to be delivered. I have watched my postal worker pass my driveway and sit at my mail box filling out a slip saying no one was home for delivery. They never even exit the vehicle for said delivery, home security footage to verify my suspicion. This week we had a package to be delivered and again we had to go to the post office and pick it up. The post master was not interested in our issues and I'm sad to say that I wish I could have a different post office in charge of my mail. I've contacted the USPS via their 1-800 number and filed a complaint, hopefully something will come of this and our worries of not getting our mail and packages will be over."
