"Seems like one of only about 4 companies in Ohio that move mobile homes… Have a used single wide I purchased and need moved. Good: Initially was impressed with answering the phone and getting a quote as other companies were even worse at that. Bad: However, Communication is really lacking to say the least. I have never purchased a used mobile home and have no clue how to move or what is involved. Good: Appreciated them coming out to get trailer ready on a deadline to put axles and wheels on that is why I gave at least a star, the ugly was “oh you have to do this, that and the other and we are gonna charge you $500 just because we came out today” all of these expectations could have been discussed via photos that I sent or clear communication over phone. There are some other circumstances that I completely understood that the company was dealing with, but then was lead to believe with a few things corrected it could be moved and to call the office. Only to be told they can’t move it due to it sitting on a concrete slab with basement under by txt message. I feel bad they had to make a trip out, but from a customer standpoint have money and ready to spend on the move just not a great or decent experience. I believe they focus more on mobile home parks and manufacturers of homes ie. Clayton that have a lot of money and give them a lot of volume vs a regular person trying to move a used home. Don’t know who to call at all now as for some reason only a few in the state and they all seem like a 2 star or lower rating and need this moved ASAP. Ugh"

"Called multiple times, once I finally got an answer he said he'd call me back with an appointment time. Its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. I have called 5 or 6 times, left multiple messages and he will not return my calls"

"Do not call this company if you are in need of repairs, they do not have time for you. I called 2 weeks ago on a Friday, was told by the owners brother that I would receive a call back on Monday, because he was unable to help me (the owners brother!!!). Never received a call back. When I called them back, I talked to the owner who said HE couldn't help me, I would have to talk to his brother and he had no idea what his brother had in mind to do to help me. Well, his brother had not planned to help me either, because he told me the first time I called I would have to talk to someone else. The owner then got a smart ellic attitude with me as the conversation went on. They are for big businesses (mobile home parks) don't waste your time calling them for a repair if you are a mobile home owner."
