"Waiting on a over $200 order that UPS delivered to a wrong address and have called the customer service number 3 times now and keep getting told that someone from the local office will call me back within a hour and no one ever calls back and they won't even give me the address that they delivered my package to so I can go pick it up myself"
"As I promised I would update if my package was late or on-time and adjust my start rating accordingly. The update is my package was on-time they did a great job making sure it wasn't late. I have to say I'm very impressed by the services. I give them a 5 star rating today for how great they have done. This location did a great job."
"Online information states they are open from 8-9pm to pick up packages which helps when you can't get there during the earlier hours. So I drove there tired and sleepy but needed my package. When the light to the building never came on I called customer service. They said they no longer have them hours. I complained that online it says no you're in open. Cars were pulling up for service and one person drove from Bowling Green and we I had to tell him they are closed. He said I looked online and it says they are open. I said I know, I just spent about half an hour talking to customer service. I will say they tried to look for my package since I drove all that way but they couldn't find it. I had to come back another day during the day and they did have my package. I will say they need to update their hours online and remove that they are open from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. for service."
"A package was missing that had been reported as delivered. A very nice man named Steve called and the issue was resolved by the end of the day. So thankful for this manager and the UPS driver that went out of their way to resolve the issue."
