"Horrible shipping company. I had a shipment come and the company used Dayton Freight. The friday it was supposed to be delivered I called to find out where it was and I was told the business I used for receiving was closed. That was a lie. I was then told it would be delivered Monday. Monday I got a call saying that it wasn't loaded on the truck and the next available day would be Thursday. I had to go to the dock and pick it up myself. $180 to have a motorcycle engine shipped and then I had to go get it. You had 1 job.... failed. I will request every time I buy a n item that Dayton is not used even if it costs me extra."

"Pat Tenney and David McCann really went above and beyond to help my company out when we were in a pinch. We had a delivery coming in that they were able to expedite and get to us quicker than normal. That shipment had the materials on it for a very large job. Due to an issue with the manufacturer everything was behind schedule. Pat and Dave were able to "wave the magic wand" and get us back on schedule. Thanks again guys!! We will continue to use Dayton Freight, due to the exceptional efforts of Pat and Dave."
