"I’ve dealt with this company several times, and every single time it has been a headache. Disorganized, unprofessional, and can offer you no clarity. I purchased a $10,000 dollar machine, shipped a week and a half ago. It still is not even in the state. Item has been delayed two times, I have no date of when I will be getting my item. They offer no apology or accountability for their lack of service. I ship items for a living, I promise you fed ex is the only company I ever have issues with. Use a different company, they aren’t worth the hassle."
"It has been at the Richfield Ohio location its 20 minutes away from my house. It's been there 4 days. I keep trying to call that location and I get the run around and speaking to only voice machines. Ugh!!! Merry Christmas"
"FedEx is the worst. They always delivered my package at my neighbors or they always attempted and they send my package back to the facility for inspection. Stop hiring anybody and pay people more. All this company's they are working us to death while they make all the money. We all as a workers should get together and don't go to work until they do better for us."
"Absolute garbage service. The package requires signature, but it didn't mention that when I ordered this. I called to see if I could pick up the package at the ship center. It's already on a van. This doesn't work if I won't be home. People have jobs. Was directed to the app for pre sign and delivery instructions. Those options don't exist."
"This location has horrible delivery people. I put specific instructions have an account signed up for delivery manager and the idiot driver didn’t make an attempt. Just stop the truck and moved on. Wasted my whole day waiting for the lazy. So I filed a complaint hopefully they fire them. And when you called to talk to someone you can’t understand because it sounds like another country."
