"Worst customer service ever. They didn't call ahead on their first attempt. When I called to setup another delivery appointment, they took my info down and they proceeded to call another number (NOT MINE) and said that it just rang so they took the freight back to the yard. Ward couldn't deliver a pizza let alone actual freight."

"Very difficult to get a dock pick up. They will tell you it is not in their system when you call to pick up your shipment, when it was delivered the day before. It is not in their system because no one took the time to put it in the system. They are terrible on customer service and don't seem to want to help you get your pick up. I had to threaten to speak to a manager or supervisor to get them to release my pick up. Also on the BOL it states very clearly to CALL me the customer when shipment is delivered. They never call because they put off doing the paper work and can't release it until paper work is done. Very in happy with this trucking company."

"I have used many freight services in the past, however this one is the first one that I have complaints about. Rude driver, terrible communication, and was unreasonable to work with. I will say that the two customer service reps that I dealt with were polite and were good at trying to rectify a bad experience as best as they could. As far as the company goes as a whole, I wouldn't recommend this logistics company to anyone. Go somewhere else."

"worst ltl Carrier out there. Their BOL says 1 pallet after checking packing slip we were suppose to receive 14 cases and only received 12 1 pallet is on their BOL cause they do not want to put on there a case count. When short they say you received what our bol says. We stamp everything now saying subject to count but that does not matter to them. I have them coming in every single day and I will not ever ever use them again even if I have to pay double the frt."
